Very safe and knowledgeable. Dedicated GF fryer. Excellent GF pizza and wings. GF menu. GF fish fry on Fridays. Very nice people. One issue however is that their sausage is not GF, so don’t order sausage on your pizza. I found out the hard way.

We go to Pizzeria Italia at least once every couple of weeks, and we’ve never once had a bad experience. My daughter has celiac, and we’ve been getting all sorts of gluten free food from them since they opened over here in South Utica. From wings to pizzas you can tell that just as much love goes into the gluten free stuff as the regular stuff, if not more! 10/10 guys.

Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered GF pizza, chicken parm, tenders and fries. Everything was delicious!

From the owner
We make our own gluten free pizza crusts, bread our own chicken tenders and eggplant. For gluten free pasta dishes we use gluten free penne pasta. We have gluten free bread crumbs to make greens with. Almost always have gluten free wraps available for any sub we offer. Only pizza topping that can not be gluten free are meatballs. Always have a dedicated fryer just for gluten free tenders, fries, eggplant, and bone-in chicken wings.

This place is sooo good! Their gluten free crust is thick and full of flavor, they also have gluten free pasta and gluten free chicken tenders. They have a dedicated fryer as well
