Review of Pizzeria Verità

Waitress was knowledgeable about celiac. She proceeded to offer me options. They have a dedicated prep space and oven for the gluten free pizzas. If you are not allergic to gluten and simply are trying to be gluten free, then they can make your pizza in the wood oven with the rest of the pizzas. I felt great eating the pizza, and it was delicious too!
