I asked around town and checked reviews before visiting Pizzetta, and was really excited about a good gf pizza. I ordered the pepperoni, and it was delicious. I feel like I DID get the gf crust, as my husband ordered a regular pizza, and it had a crispy, thin crust. However, even though I'm not super sensitive, I definitely had a reaction after eating two slices, and it was a pretty big reaction. I didn't really blame the pizza until the next day when I had 2 more pieces for lunch, and had the same reaction. So, whatever went wrong, I'm pretty sure I got a good amount of gluten somewhere!

Great tasting pizza! Have both GF and Dairy/GF crust and offer dairy free cheese. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about cross contamination protocols (change apron and gloves, use clean utensils, etc.). Pizza is cooked on a dedicated rack.

Great Crust! Similar to a quiche but flat. Pizza was great, no celiac issues and staff seemed knowledgeable and accommodating (noted for allergy when taking order and announced it was gluten free as it was served).

Most of the pizzas can be served on a gluten free crust and are listed as GF on the menu. The server seemed well versed and I was comfortable with what I ordered. The GF crust was decent and the pizza overall was very good.

Pizza is good, I believe they use against the grain crust. We tried to get appetizers but they were sold out of a lot. Very bustling and busy, lovely little spot to enjoy some pizza on the outside patio—this location is not closed just doing construction.

Friendly, but strange service. Tons of people working and they kept saying “we just opened at noon so we’re just getting going.” It was 12:30 and I’m not sure why service was slow. It was not crowded. Food was excellent. Patio was gorgeous. I had a panini. Was huge.

My daughter and I both have Celiac. She had a GF pizza and she loved it!! A little heavy on the sauce, but it was a nice, fresh sauce. I had a salad with chicken, minus the croutons. The chicken was seasoned nicely and the balsamic dressing was tasty. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the GF items on their menu.

I ordered the prosciutto and arugula pizza on gluten free crust and it was amazing!! They also have vegan/gluten free crust. As well as vegan cheese. Everyone enjoyed their pizza from here! I can’t wait to go back.

They messed up my first pizza but they were quick to correct it and put it on a Gluten-free/ Dairy-free crust. The food was super delicious.

BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA EVER. I can’t stress enough how great their food is. The crust is thin but still soft and doughy. As a plus, they also have wings and paninis as options. It’s also worth noting that they do dairy free versions of everything.

I asked the if the kitchen uses ingredients just dedicated for the gf pizza. The girl told me they did.
The pizza was good. Not the best I’ve had, but good. My 2 boys (9&11 yo, both celiac) liked it. We got a pepperoni pizza and a sausage pizza. 2 pizzas were enough for my family of 4 (with 5 slices left over).
Girl on the phone was not the most knowledgeable when I asked about chicken wings she told me she wasn’t sure if the wings were gf (even though they are baked). We opted against the wings.

The hummus platter was phenomenal, but they use Against the Grain crust for their pizzas, which I unfortunately hate the texture of.

Great Pizza! Celiac family all enjoyed pizza and wings. Waiter was great!

Gluten free and dairy free pizzas, a few gluten free sandwiches, and a hummus platter served with gluten free toast that was delicious! Our waitress was very careful and obviously pleased she could get it all right for us.

Great pizza. I shared a GF pizza with my celiac son. I am not celiac and the taste and texture of the dough was great. Lot's of GF options on the menu.
Spinach dip and panini !? Omg so good! No issues. The staff is knowledgeable!
Broiled wings are delicious. Pizza okay.
My Nima sensor found gluten :(

They use “against the grain” crust. Very good. Oven baked Wings were fantastic! Service was good! We will go again!

Awesome restaurant. Best gluten free pizza. Lots of options, very accommodating. Would definitely recommend, my favorite gluten free pizza ever
Got the gluten free/dairy free crust because I don't tolerate casein, either. It was amazing: the taste was great and it held up well. I was able to fold the slices to eat it without it cracking and it was even delicious as leftovers. The Daiya cheese melted well. I asked the waitress about kitchen practices such as not re-using the same bin of tomato sauce that was used for gluten pizzas, not using the same ladles, and protecting the pizza from cross contamination in the pizza oven. She was very knowledgeable and I was satisfied that their kitchen practices reduced the risk of cross-contamination to safe levels.

Very knowledgeable and were able to accommodate my 5 year old celiac son. He didn’t want pizza but they were awesome about doing a sandwich on GF bread of his choice. So he had a GF grilled chicken and cheese sandwich with chips. He ate just about all of it and no reaction!
Yes
We ordered sandwiches to go and didn’t get sick. The chips weren’t labeled gluten free, but we scanned them with our app and it was safe for us. Sandwiches were good.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! We got a pizza, and it was good, but tasted like Against the Grain crust. I was hoping for something more custom.
Excellent panini sandwiches and pizza. Several GF options.
This place was amazing. The staff was super sweet and very knowledgeable. Best gluten free pizza I've ever had. Apparently they put cheese in the crust. Definitely recommend.

Pizza was delicious!!! The staff was very knowledgeable and we loved the food.

Food is phenomenal. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super friendly and attentive. The servings were such a huge size for the price. Definitely better than what I expected.

I had the buffalo chicken pizza and it was excellent! Long wait time and the service was very slow, but worth it. Best gf pizza I have ever had!

Delish pizza and wings. Our waitress walked us through the whole menu and knew a lot about it. They also have an allergen menu. You can get a gf pizza or a gf/dairy feee pizza which I thought was nifty. They have gf bread for their sandwiches as well.

Love the pizza and love the gf wings! Have eaten here many times and each time have loved it :)

Charging $5.50 more for gluten free crust is crazy especially when it wasn't that great. Have definitely had better gluten free pizza but it was nice to have wings

The waitress left my husband's soup, sitting on the counter , for 15 minutes and then tried to serve it to him. The gluten-free pizza was made from Against the Grain Frozen crust. The wings were soggy. I would not go back.
The place to go when in Mystic, CT. We were staying at the Inn on Harbor Hill Marina; drive 20+ to get here... no regrets. š
Great pizza and wings. Staff very knowledgeable about gluten allergy. Very sensitive Celiac and had no issues.

This is my first choice for eating out GF. The pizza is so good and they have a few GF beers (including Glutenberg IPA). It's just as good as having regular pizza. I had the 3 cheese white pizza and would definitely get it again! Wings are also GF. Great atmosphere.
