Review of Pj's Pancake House

In a box on their menu says Gluten Free Pancake/ French Toast/ Waffles but... The waiter asked if we have allergies or just eat gf, so we said we have celiac. He then said their gf is not for allergies bcs they cook everything on the same grill. Why they couldn't just cook it in a clean pan made no sense to me. Be very careful if you eat here if you have allergies.
