The regular menu has all of the gluten free options on it! The staff knew exactly what I could and could not have and they let me know that they have a dedicated fryer. The food was absolutely amazing! I had a bacon cheeseburger on an amazing gluten free bun.

My first time dining here was amazing! I had fish n chips and jalapeño poppers — both made gluten free! The servings were huge and tasted delicious! Our waiter was also a joy. 10/10 recommend.

This place is fantastic with great burgers and fries, all safe for celiac‘s to eat. And Gluten Free tater tots too! The gluten-free bun is excellent and the service is outstanding. Just about everything on their menu can be prepared gluten-free. I highly recommend this establishment. Oh, and they serve great bourbon too.

Ate at b 2 nights in a row this weekend while in DC for a conference. Everyone in my party of 10 loved their meals. I am the only Celiac in the group and I too absolutely loved the burgers and nachos. I felt safe did not get sick. We cannot wait to return!!

Many items are gf. Tell them you have an allergy and they change their gloves and prepare your food in a dedicated area. A lot of food for the price- great value. Wonderful service. Highly recommend!

Awesome! Over half their menu is gluten free. I got the bacon deluxe cheeseburger on a gluten free bun (which was actually good, not like some gf buns lol), the Parmesan and sweet potato fries, and a hard cider to drink that was canned. I also got a flourless chocolate cake with vanilla mousse for dessert. Would definitely recommend!

They specialize in bourbon, beer and burgers. I went for the burger. I had the cheese bacon deluxe on gf bread. I was worried because the bun was toasted but there was no issue and it was a great bun. I also had the tater tots (dedicated fryer) and they were good as well.

Staff was super knowledgeable and the food was amazing! Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free.

We ate here for lunch today in DC. Based on the reviews I expected this place to be amazing. It almost lived up to my expectations. I had a Porker burger (GF) and my wife had the Tavern (not GF). I also ordered the Jalapeño Poppers, Onion Rings, and my wife got the fries. The Poppers were wonderful, fries were great, and burgers were amazing. The O-rings were just ok. My stomach usually hurts from eating beef but not from lunch today.

We’ll be back and can’t wait to try some other items here. I’d recommend it to anyone who asked.

Came here twice with our celiac kids. Food is fine. Kids liked that they could get chx fingers. Only 4 stars as both times we visited they messed up our orders. Nothing major but not 5 star worthy.

I had a great experience! I asked to speak to the manager upon arriving and she was very accomodating and answered all of my questions as I also have a peanut and treenut allergy. She even took pictures of the ingredients of the breading they use and the gf buns (Udi's)! Server was also made aware of my allergies and was very accomodating. Dedicated fryer for fries, gf onion rings, and gf chicken fingers. All delicious! Majority of menu items are gluten free. They use rice flour for all of their fried items. Burger was amazing and cooked in a separate place to ensure that cross contamination did not occur. Udi's bun was toasted in dedicated toaster and did not fall apart! I can tell they were very careful while making my appetizer of chicken fingers and my meal of a cheeseburger and fries. If you are in DC, I definitely recommend you try this place. Will be returning my next visit to DC.

Several GF options. I had jalapeño poppers appetizer which was great, very spicy!! Had cheeseburger with GF bun, bun was lovely looking and tasted fine but as with many GF buns just doesn’t hold up to lettuce, pickles etc and fell apart quickly. Next time I’ll just do lettuce wrap burger. Their fries are GF, yumm!!

Great Food! Cozy atmosphere! Staff was very knowledgable and very friendly! The food is great normal American food, not the organic health food type stuff. Great for those with celiac that want a great burger and fries, breaded chicken nuggets or fish and chips! Awesome place to eat!

It was absolutely fantabulous! The staff is super knowledgeable and they have SO MANY options! They don’t cross-contaminate and have dedicated space in the kitchen just for gf foods. Their portions are large and filling (even there kids meals that I had was a lot). HIGHLY recommend to all celiacs

Celiac safe! My daughter has celiac and I don’t but I happened to also order a gluten free meal and when I asked if my daughter could taste mine the waitress said that probably not as she hadn’t noted that mine should be celiac safe and she couldn’t guarantee that whoever prepared my meal would have changed gloves for my meal. Love it!!!! Bonus-the food was delicious!!!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable & assured me my food would be safe, and that there was a separate fryer for the fries. Their buns are just Udis buns, but the burger I got was delicious and I highly recommended if you have celiac!

Would have loved to have said food great but phoned to make reservation and did but turned up on day to be told no reservations as 4th July and would be very busy. I dont give money to people who dont deserve it so didnt bother, went somewhere else.

DO NOT EAT HERE if you are a celiac. My wife ordered a gf salad and it came with bread on it. When we informed the waitress that bread is gluten and that my wife could not have it, the waitress offered to remove the bread. When I mention that my wife was very sensitive and had been in the hospital twice for small bowl obstructions (requiring emergency surgery) the waitress was unapologetic. They finally brought a “new” Salad and 2 hours later the symptoms began and kept my wife in pain for 5 days. Who are the people giving this place 5 stars???

The burgers were fantastic! Even a flourless brownie available! YUM! No issues with cross contamination and the wait staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The kids are begging to go back!
