Consistently a safe choice and good food. Most of their menu is gluten free and they have dedicated dryers. Fried chicken, pickles, calamari and great tots. The burgers are pretty decent - not the juiciest or well-seasoned. The staff are all very knowledgeable about celiac and are very friendly.
One word of caution - the bartenders can get beer on hands when pulling from the tap. I ask if they can wash hands before making me a drink.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Everything fried is GF and really tasty! Wings, buttermilk fried chicken, house made chips, truffle fries. Amazing.
I had the gf fried fish + French fries. It was OK. As much as I’d love to say how delicious it was, the fried fish was hard/chewy and the French fries were rubbery and didn’t taste fresh.
My non-celiac husband enjoyed his meal, and I’d like to try this place again one more time for something else.
Unfortunately, not all food that is labeled GF is actually GF. Beware of the wings. My sister wasn't notified until after she ate some of them that they weren't GF. Even though both the hostess and waitress were informed of three of the party having celiac. Needless to say, my sister spent the remainder of her birthday extremely uncomfortable and sick to her stomach. Beyond that, the food was good. Fried foods are made with rice flour which is why there are a lot of GF options.
Very willing to accommodate folks with Celiac. Food is good, too.
Three words: Gluten free wings!!! GF clearly marked on menu. I neglected to mention my allergy since it was clearly marked but my salad came with a slice of bread on it. I told the wait staff and within seconds the manager flew to the table and had my salad replaced. Very accommodating! The wings are amazing also. :-)
I thought I had died and gone to gluten free heaven when I saw the menu! There were so many amazing options. I have the onion rings, burger with a homemade gluten free bun. The tater tots were great too. The servers were very knowledgeable about gluten issues! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!
Their french fries are now made in a dedicated fryer and they were the best french fries - thin and crispy - perfection. We went for happy hour, so the price was reasonable. My non-celiac husband enjoyed his meal. I did have a moment of concern because they carried our plates out together, kind of stacked, so it made me wonder if they understand cross contamination, but the meal was delicious and I did not get sick.
I have been to the restaurant multiple times without any problems and fantastic service. However, my most recent visit was a disaster. The staff was incredibly rude and although there was a line out the door of people waiting to be seated, they continued to talk and eat in the food preparation area of the kitchen. Our appetizer never came out and the food came out cold and poorly made. On top of this, for some reason the manager felt the need to take his belt completely off in the kitchen...in full view of the guests. Even though I have eaten here multiple times without getting sick, the unprofessionalism and disgusting kitchen behavior of this last visit was so horrible that I and my friends will never return. On top of this, seeing how the food was prepared gives me significant reason to doubt the safety and the risk of cross contamination. It is so disappointing to see such a fantastic restaurant have these issues. If you are going to risk trying this restaurant, don't go during non lunch or dinner hours (we went during a weekday afternoon) as it clearly isn't their best staff.
Amazing yummy burger options with a good gluten free hamburger roll.
My only disappointment was that even though they have many "gluten free" foods (like fries and chicken tenders) there are cross contamination issues with shared fryers. Therefore none of the fried foods were actually safe for me to eat. Plan B could really benefit from adding a dedicated gluten free fryer for their truly gluten free customers!
My favorite restaurant! So many GF options. Love this place!!!
Best burgers ever ! My son even ate the bun. Said it was the best g-free bun he's ever had.
Whole GF menu! Even GF buns for their awesome burgers! Everything was very fresh.
Used to go here or get take out almost once a month for years but the last two years, this place has been going downhill. Even got contaminated once because the waitress put my mother in law's plate on top of mine and carried it like that. I got take out recently to give another chance and the honey mustard tenders had a chemically smell and the tater tots were mush. No thank you
If you have Celiac and need GF options do not trust their menu and absolutely do not order the seared salmon right now that is LABELED GF. They don’t even have the gf orzo to make it. I have celiac and made sure to specify that I have a gluten allergy and ordered the seared salmon. They must have just changed the menu because over the summer/fall they had a seared salmon with creamed corn and potatoes. That’s what I wanted! Unfortunately they changed the meal but used the same name so I didn’t realize until I got my order. When I saw it I knew it wasn’t what I ordered and didn’t think it was GF so I didn’t touch it. I double checked the menu to make sure what I ordered was GF and it in fact was supposed to be GF. When I went to talk to employees about it they said that the orzo that the salmon was on was NOT gluten free and that they don’t even have GF orzo yet. They wouldn’t be getting it in til next week yet they were advertising this dish as being GF. I asked for a refund and went home to eat… it was such a disappointment. I’ve spent so much money eating there since it’s one of the only local places that has GF options that are safe from cross contact and I can’t believe they almost just poisoned me. The scariest part is the only reason I even questioned it was because I thought I ordered a different seared salmon- if I knew the menu was changed and ordered the seared salmon on orzo labeled GF I would have ate it and I wouldn’t have known until it was too late and I would have been sick for weeks…. Please beware if you have celiac… I really hope they take this more seriously in the future but I’m not sure if I’ll ever feel comfortable going back there.
