Celiac friendly?

Yes

They have GF bread and it's HUGE!! Make sure to ask for a GF menu though because not all of the meat is GF. They change their gloves and use a clean knife/cutting board. I've eaten here twice with no reaction.

They were SO nice! They offer gluten free bread but they didn’t have any right now (everybody is out of everything right now…) but I highly recommend this place!

If you are looking for a great toasted sub sandwich, I encourage you to try Planet Sub downtown. I'd challenge anyone to find a better GF sub in STL. The owner is great and takes care to limit cross-contamination. The GF bread is soft and holds up well. They make it and bake it first before doing any gluten bread. I've been a GF customer of theirs for many years.
