We had good luck with them a couple of times but recently received a gluten bun with the order, even though the allergy was specified and the gluten free bun requested and paid for. Luckily, a family member without celiac tested the food first, so no one got sick.

They unfortunately no longer have gf fried chik'n - just tried to order and they said it wasn't gf :( This makes me wonder about other fried things they have...if there is now cross-contamination. It was an ubereats order so I didn't ask those questions but if you're going there you should. This is why it's always important to ask, even if you've been there before!!

Pretty much everything on the menu can be made GF, including the fried “chicken” and the pizza! The cauliflower bites were really amazing. Unfortunately the day we went they were all out of GF buns, but we did try the pepperoni pizza and it was the best pizza crust I have eaten since going GF. Only complaint is it is rather overpriced.

Plant Pub is amazing! Everything that goes in the fryer is gluten-free, so gluten-free fried “chicken”, French fries, etc! Everything is vegetarian comfort food. The fried chicken sandwich is delicious and the fries are like a better version of McDonald’s if you’ve been missing those. The staff follows good cross-contact procedures - gf buns are heated and prepped away from gluten buns. Note that the sandwiches/burgers aren’t marked on the menu as gf but they are all gf if you get a gf bun. They even have a gf cookie ice cream sandwich! Staff here is super nice and triple checks everything is gf.

Delicious buffalo cauliflower bites! Had a little less GF options than I was hoping for. Can’t confirm safety for those with celiacs.

As a non-vegetarian, but someone who struggles to find quality/safe gluten free dining options, I loved the food and didn't miss having meat at all. The chili queso fries and fried chicken sandwich (gf when put on a gf bun!) were delicious and filling. The staff also was knowledgeable about gluten allergies and able to answer questions. Definitely will eat here again when visiting Boston.

Had the buffalo chicken burger on a GF bun with a side of sweet potato pub fries. The service was fast and the food was pretty good. The “chicken”was in a somewhat odd triangle shape but tasted good. The pub sauce was tasty and you wouldn’t know it was vegan. The menu indicates which items can be made GF and the receipt shows gluten allergy on the items I ordered. The GF items in our order came out first and separately from the gluten items. I haven’t had a reaction yet so fingers crossed (I usually experience nausea while eaten items that contain gluten).
