Went here hoping for a GF lunch since it had good reviews. Even though they have GF bread, I was told by the staff that they can’t accommodate celiac or sensitivities because they use shared knives, spaces, sauces, etc. The staff member I spoke to had a gluten intolerance and said she won’t eat there herself. Ended up going to the natural food mart around the corner and getting picnic type foods from there so all was OK! There is also a fully GF restaurant nearby, but it was closed the days I was there.
Great experience here today! I mentioned I was celiac and the girl taking my order wrote down to avoid cross contamination. The lady making my sandwich changed gloves, washed the knife and the counter, and toasted my bread in the oven. She told me all this (I saw it too) and then said she did not want me getting sick! The sandwich was amazing!
