This was my favorite restaurant in town before diagnosis and I’m so happy to say it’s still my favorite place to eat out! I ask for no ranchero sauce on the rice and order all kinds of dishes (with corn tortillas). Fajitas, tacos al carbon, pollo pueblo and shrimp enchiladas are my favorites. The salsa and cheese dip is gluten free too. Chips are NOT though, as they are made in a shared fryer. I bring my own GF tortilla chips though and they’ve never had a problem with it since I order food too.

I have always felt safe eating here. Lots of great options on the menu or can request something to be made gluten free. I usually get tamales, enchiladas, or fajitas.

Best gluten free option in Owatonna. I ordered take out and asked that a note be sent to the kitchen. The kitchen called and suggested changing a few things because of the chance for cross contamination. The staff is knowledgeable about celiac and they care. Best experience always and one of only two places I will eat in Owatonna. Btw their food is delicious too. I am celiac. Thanks for an awesome experience always Plaza.

If I had celiac or an allergy not just a sensitivity I would not eat here. They tried accommodate my needs and I didn't feel confident there were no gluten ingredients in my meal.

Pretty knowledgeable about gluten. We've been here many, many times. First time we had Pork Carnitas and fish tacos. Let them know you want no red sauce on your rice. Then we had tacos el carbon and beef enchiladas. 1 year later, Still love this place. Hawaiian Fajitas are Great!

Ordered the Pollo Puebla thinking it would be one of the safer options but Nima tested and found gluten in the dish (even without the rice). The waiter we had was incredibly nice about it though and felt bad that I couldn't safely eat.

Newly diagnosed with Celiac and asked my server how to avoid gluten. She was pretty sure she knew all the things I could have and went over them but wanted to check with the cooks. Came right out from the kitchen with a list of things to avoid. Was very friendly about it, made kitchen staff aware.
