Nothing labeled on menu and server looked at me like I was crazy and she had no idea what I was talking about when I asked what was gluten free and wouldn’t even talk to the cook to confirm for me.

I’ve eaten here dozens of times and have never gotten sick and I’m fairly sensitive to cross contamination. However, I’ve only ever ordered the pho here. The wait staff was knowledgeable about gluten free items on the menu. Their pho is delicious, especially with the garlic broth.

Food was good and I loved the atmosphere. The waitress answered all my questions but something must have been lost between the cook and her. I haven’t been this messed up from contamination in over a year.

I went to Pleiku based on the feedback here. The first server I spoke with didn’t know what I was talking about when I told her I had a gluten allergy but she went and got another server who knew exactly what was Gluten Free on the menu and even the sauces on the table. Great Pho!

Our server didn't really speak English and didn't seem to understand basic phrases like "no eggroll" or what soy sauce was.

A great, hip Vietnamese eatery in downtown Salt Lake. A few of the dishes are gluten-free by default like the pho, but they will help make any dish gluten free if you ask them to.

My wife has celiac and is super sensitive. We've eaten here multiple times without having any problems. Great food and atmosphere.

Our server was immensely helpful. He walked us through the menu. Patient, friendly, personable. We had two appetizers, and pho. Didn't have any reactions or problems at all. The food was delicious, and wait staff was exceptional. The host even cheerfully chased us down the block after we forgot our leftovers. Fantastic experience. Can't wait to go back!
