Excellent GF-aware staff. There were some items in carvery (cauliflower cheese, yorkshire puddding) we couldn't have but thus was made clear.

The carvery was excellent - there were a couple of dishes which were not gf, but given the huge choice it was not a problem. The gravy was gf for all. They also had gf desserts on the menu
