I checked the allergen menu online and saw that their bone in wings are both gluten and dairy free. I called to confirm and was told that the bone in wings use a separate fryer
I knew already that their fries are done in a shared fryer so I was excited about the bone in wings
The online allergen menu made it easy to see what sauces I could have. There were some discrepancies about available sauces but they did have a gluten free menu onsite
I do wish there were more sauce options that were gluten free and dairy free / side options but it was nice to have a bone in wing with sauce I didn’t make myself.
They really try but have no clue. The manager told me that they have a dedicated fryer but that it uses the same oil from the other fryers. it's just "filtered".... no wings for you... oh and the chips are also on the GF list but are definitely fried with everything else. That being said, they did not try to claim gluten free... just less gluten. smh.
This place should not show up on this app. When I inquired about the GF menu, they told me it was a "gluten free-ish" menu. I explained that food is either gluten free or not- there is no 'ish' about it. No dedicated fryers so no wings to be had if you have Celiac or a gluten allergy.
Bone-in wings (select flavors) are gf-designated fryer
Waffles Fries and Tots are gf -designated fryer
We had the Frachos and chips n queso as well as bone in wings. Everything was good and I didn't have any issues with cross contamination or anything having gluten.
I recommend as a new gf option on the SE side of town.
For gluten, dairy, and soy free, the only option: spicy bbq sauce (I believe its the only option) on the monster basket of chicken tenders (boneless, naked). It's cooked on the grill. Fryers are not dedicated GF, so no regular wings, fries, tots, etc. I get a side salad, which isn’t great, but makes it more of a meal. It's a huge portion, so I leave with leftovers, and I've been 3-4 times now with no tummy problems.
Naked wings and fries and some apps are GF. Just be very careful and I wouldn’t recommend if you’re celiac. I have a wheat allergy and usually am not sensitive to cross contamination but definitely felt the effects here. Also watch your plate carefully they gave me a a sauce that has wheat in it when I asked for a different one.
