Informing staff you're coeliac will mean they ask of you'd like a gf cone or tub, if you'd like them to change their gloves, and to consult the allergen folder. Most flavours of ice cream were gluten free when I visited. A new scoop was used to take ice cream from the opposite end of the tub for me vs where it had been taken from before.
