I work here so I get to see everything that goes on.. All the food is safely prepared but once it's been put our there is no guarantee that some of the gluten Ingredients didn't touch the gluten free ingredients. There is definitely cross contamination, but you can still eat there as long as you ask to have all of your Ingredients taken out of the refill containers since those are 100% not cross contaminated. I wouldn't trust any of the sauces since they're all sorted next to eachother in the back and when we refill the containers most people don't take the time to wash their hands or the clean up rag.
