GF soy sauce and Poke sauce (mayo based). The fish is not pre-mixed with any sauces. All the employees seem to know about gluten allergies. Great place!
I felt comfortable because of the language used by the man behind the counter. The risk of CC is low and comes from the crab and seaweed salad. I got a white rice bowl with 3 choices of protein and GF soy sauce. I ate the whole thing and it was a good portion. If I don't get sick and I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be back.
I love going here! The owner is knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination, and very helpful. He has gluten free soy sauce and another gf citrus sauce that's very good. The fish is so fresh tasting! No fishy flavor or smell. The smaller bowl is plenty of food! Definitely check this place out!

They were awesome about keeping everything separate. They have gluten free soy sauce, gluten free crispy onions (behind the counter the ones at the counter have gluten). Just stay away from the imitation crab! Love these guys.
Good choices and are very clear about cross contamination.
I have eaten here twice and both experiences were great. The owner is very knowledgeable about ingredients and at least one staff member has a gluten allergy and was very knowledgeable and helpful with ingredients. They also offer gluten free soy sauce and desserts. I would recommend this place and look forward to going in the future.
