I stayed here for a week on holiday. While they cater for GF and DF I did have some problems.
At breakfast the cereal was all in sealed individual packets, which was good and I had to ask for almond milk. Toast was delivered from the kitchen.
However, I had problems every day I ate some of the cooked food. I only had mushrooms, fried egg and bacon, and can only assume there was some cross contamination in the kitchens (I would eat early to avoid cross contamination of serving spoons at the buffet etc). When I did not eat any cooked breakfast I was fine.
The evening meal was also a buffet with items labelled for allergens - however I discovered the labels were not necessarily by the correct food. For example, the label saying the roast pork contained wheat (due to a herb crust) was on a top shelf, on the other side of the buffet table and no-where near the pork.
