Many items on the menu are marked "gluten free" but it seems the kitchen does not always respect cross-contamination even when asked. Tried 3 times, reacted twice.

Offers a few gluten free options. Clearly marked on menu. Pretty good food.

The restaurant has at least half their dishes declared as gluten free - including some fried chicken (which was excellent!). I’m not a celiac, so can’t speak to how good they did overall but considering they are consciously making GF options, I’d guess they are trying. And the food is wonderful. Great cocktails too!

They don’t have dedicated gf frier. Ordered to go and didn’t realize the veggies were fried. When I called, they said they had no dedicated gf frier. Just threw the food in the trash. Glad I could waste time and money. No website disclaimer about no gf frier and the guy who took the order didn’t say anything when I mentioned I had Celiac.
Didn’t get to eat any bc it was cross contaminated by frier

Be careful if you have Celiac, they do have gluten free options, however, they do not have a dedicated fryer, so some of their options that are marked gluten free on their menu are NOT safe for Celiacs. Make sure you ask questions, the wait staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The food we had was delicious and I didn't sick.
Lots of gluten-free options, including dessert. Really tasty!
Yes
Interesting choices for breakfast/brunch. Walk up to order, find seat and have food delivered to table. Gluten free options marked on menu but, only some of the options are for celiacs. Please ask at counter and explain if you have sensitivity, I was excited for the coconut pancakes but after ordering found out there is cross contamination. The dosa came with a potato cake that I couldn’t eat, and because of sensitivity I could eat any of it as it was all on the same plate. Sad :( one person at the counter was knowledgeable about all this. The food I had was tasty. I would advise asking lots of questions.
Delicious food. Some unique gluten free items like pancakes and crepes which is exciting.
Yes
So delicious and very well aware about gluten
Good food with lots of "GF" options on the menu....however, I got glutened by them yesterday. I was cramping and had diarrhea within an hour after eating there. If you have celiac and are very sensitive, be wary.
update: 2 years later I decided to give this place another try....an hour after eating there and I am on the toilet pooping my entire guts out. screw this place lol
No
They do not have a dedicated fryer, so do not order any fried foods, even though they are labeled "GF". Otherwise they still have lots of yummy gluten free foods. My waiter suggested I get a lentil pancake instead of naan and it was super delicious! The waitstaff was very accommodating and made sure to communicate with the kitchen.
One of the best restaurants in Houston, AND it has loads of GF options.

Been here several times, tons of gf options and never been sick. They are careful about cross contamination. Servers are very helpful and menu is labeled. There are a lot of desert options, which is something you can't find everywhere.

Extremely (Deliciously!) Celiac Friendly! So many gluten free options for my daughter, and so many other options for the other two kids and adults as well! We had a quinoa and lentil soup with chicken (yum), the butter chicken (everyone loved that!), lamb burger (adults LOVE, kids probably prefer regular cheese instead of goat cheese and no chutney), veggie (lentil) curry (delicious!), and some others... All were delicious. Will be back for sure!

Went to pondicheri today and was blown away by the gluten free options. Almost half of the menu was gluten free. I had gluten free chicken wings (super good but spicy) and a potato and cheese dosa. Both were super yummy!!! Also, for dessert we had a cinnamon chocolate chip cookie. The server was very knowledge about the menu and was very helpful. I would for sure recommend this place
