Review of Poor People's Pub

If I did not have celiac, they'd get a 5 star review. Unfortunately, the menu is very gluten-heavy. The prices are very low, the staff great, it's very family-friendly, and the hours are great but I can't pay $17 for a 10" gluten-free pizza because the only other thing on the menu is salad. The chef has tried working with gluten-free flour for gravy and it didn't go well. I am a gluten-free baker and left a bag of my flour mix, which works just like regular flour, and he said he just didn't want to bother with trying to make things gluten-free. I've basically stopped going.
