Has a gluten-free indicator on the menu, but still few options for me with my other intolerances (garlic and onion). Got a scallops appetizer with pesto and red pepper sauce - cold and bland, did not want to finish it. No reactions, but food was disappointing for the cost and extra resort fee. They also hand out checks in plastic cups instead of some other kind of credit card sleeve (serve said they did not have enough sleeves), and then throw the cups away - even joked that it was bad for en environment. Not impressed.
