Review of Portage Bay Cafe

Great place to eat! Worth the wait (hostess said 45 min wait, we waited 20). Big portion sizes. Most places with a GF option add an up charge and you get a smaller portion, here you have the up charge but get the same (or bigger) portion. Just looking at the menu makes it look expensive, but the portion sizes are worth the price; which makes it about mid range on price. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is; the sitting area feels like a school cafeteria, with cement floors and the tables packed in tight. It made it really loud, which made me feel like I had to yell across the table.
