This was one of the best meals of my life. Most of the menu is gluten free or can be made gluten free, though it is not marked on the menu. They also have gluten free deserts, which can be a rarity.
I ate the beef carpaccio, the beets, the tuna tartare, the chips and dip, and the parsnip brûlée. The beets were exquisite, so many wonderful flavors and textures, but the tuna tartare was the star of the show. It was just absolute perfection. I’m in love with that parsnip brûlée too, but I know that can be a more niche taste.
The service was great, the atmosphere pleasant, and it was just a wonderful evening all around.
