Staff very friendly. Daughter said best vanilla cupcake she's had since being celiac. Everything was gf! Lots of frozen foods both by big companies and store made. Highly recommend for celiacs. One of the owners has a child that is gf and df as well.

Hands down the best bread I have ever found. Staff is amazing and the often have little samples of the baked good. Everything is gluten free and other allergens are clearly labeled.

Dedicated GF kitchen. Great pre-made single-serve, frozen meal options. Bakery also specializes in dairy-free, egg-free, allergen-free -- great if you need this, but taste/textures suffer as a result. There are better GF baked goods available elsewhere if you can eat eggs/dairy IMO.

Portions has a great selection of items that are gluten free and allergen free. The fresh bread and buns are delicious. They also have premade meals which are great. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there is often samples to try. I attended their big sampling day last year and found many new products to buy!!

Portions has everything you need gluten-free. A dedicated gluten-free kitchen, they make sandwich bread, butter chicken and everything in between. All of their baked goods and bread are made from scratch, NOT MIXES! Knowing that I can get soo many delicious options at Portions has helped me make amends to the whole gluten-free lifestyle. I am so happy to have such a place in my town and love to bring out my Portion's cupcake when the rest of the family has cookies from a box for dessert. I guess being gluten-free sometime pays off. I'm so grateful to be able to enjoy delicious food again!
