Visiting Asheville. Found this place on FMGF. It 100% lived up to expectations. First time we have had bread in a restaurant in a long time. And it was delicious. Menu is pricey, so you aren't going there daily, but for a gluten free fine dining experience you cant beat it.

Everything on the menu is gluten free. It was such an amazing experience to be able to order anything without a single worry or necessary follow-up questions. We went for brunch and will definitely return for lunch or dinner! The service is great and the food was amazing!

Absolutely amazing. Best meal we've had regardless of being gf. If you are anywhere near, go out of your way to dine here. Everything 100% gf. Breadsticks were delicious and burrata with foccacia was to die for.

Wow! This ranks in the top 5 best meals of my entire life! Every single thing on their menu is gluten free! And sooo delicious!! Gluten free breadsticks and gf bread with appetizers was amazing! I can’t recommend this place more highly! I have Celiac disease. It is so refreshing to be able to eat anything on the menu and not have to worry about cross contamination because their kitchen is 100% gluten free! Desserts are scrumptious! Sarah provided great service and was very kind.

Oh my goodness - a gift from the gluten free gods. What else is there to say? After a worthy hour wait, we had Sunday brunch. The service and atmosphere is gorgeous and kind. The wine menu reads like a fine novel. The sticky bun made me happy cry. My only complaint is that I am so stuffed I can’t walk out of here on my own.

The kitchen is dedicated gluten free, and it’s a fantastic feeling. There’s no “their food, my food” feeling, and the quality is outstanding. We tried the spahtzel rib eye and the short rib, the breadsticks, and the pecan tart. Not as much bread options on the dinner menu but still a nice feeling to pick a few options we normally can’t, but we’re very excited to head back for brunch and try the donut holes and scones!

Wow. Wow. Amazing!!!!! I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The entire menu is gluten free and celiac safe - but even more than that the food is simply amazing. I’ve never had a bad meal here and I’ve never gotten sick. Tonight I had rosemary breadsticks, roasted Brussels sprouts, and a carrot cake creme brûlée. It was AMAZING! And the service and atmosphere is wonderful as well. You will not regret eating here!!!

Looking for a 100% GF fabulous restaurant in Asheville? Don’t miss Posana. Owner’s wife has celiac, they wanted to provide a safe, upscale place that was GF and sensitive to food allergies! This is a home run! Classy, yet comfortable. Creative, upscale farm-to-table. (That’s sweet potato and pumpkin soup and beet salad with goat cheese and pistachios.) Thank you!

We ate here twice while in Asheville for the weekend - once for dinner and once for brunch. The kitchen is entirely gluten free. For dinner, we got the breadsticks (SO good) and I got the pork chop, which was VERY salty and disappointing. Brunch on the other hand was much better. We split the biscuits and gravy, brioche French toast, and doughnut holes. All were delicious! It was so nice to be able to eat foods I thought I might never eat again after my celiac diagnosis!

Had the biscuits and gravy and my husband had the apple compote french toast (I think the apple is seasonal) and both were very good! Initially my dish was lacking on the gravy, but they gave me more at no charge. We were sitting on the outside patio, so our waiter forgot about us a little, but we were able to flag down a couple other waiters to help us a few times.

Another amazing experience at Posana. This place is a must for anyone who eats gluten free. One thing to keep in mind if you do brunch—they will sell out of pastries so go early if that’s important to you!

I could move to Asheville for this restaurant! Even allow dogs outside on the patio and there’s a menu for them too! Food was fabulous and we ate here every night we were in Asheville. I just wish there were more places like this where my people can eat delicious, safe food. Great experience. My husband agrees and he’s not gf.

It’s such a rare find: a restaurant that’s 100% gluten free. As a family with celiac, it’s such a treat to just sit down and order without the need to ask multiple questions about the food and/or it’s preparation in the kitchen. Add to that locally sourced ingredients and the charm of downtown Asheville and this place is too good to pass. We had an incredible brunch: sorghum pancakes, vanilla brioche French toast, and tostada breakfast bowl. We also shared some homefries, cherrywood bacon, and biscuits with whipped butter and blackberry jam. 100% GF and 100% delicious!!

I love this place. Whenever I am in Asheville I eat here multiple times - dinner and brunch. One evening I sat outside. The weather was perfect and a street musician was performing. It’s fun to walk and shop around that area as well. There is a public parking garage a block away.

Oh my gosh, the ability to order anything on the menu was such a relief!!! The owner of the restaurant’a wife apparently has celiac and he opened the restaurant so that she and people like her can have a safe place to eat. There are only 2 items in the entire restaurant with gluten, both are beer, but we only saw 1 on the menu, so it might have been seasonal. We had the gnocchi app, duck & scallops for entrees & banana pudding for dessert. This place is a must when in town.

Second time I've eaten here. They are indeed gluten free with some pretty amazing options. Food doesn't taste bad either. However.... My fiancee and I have both become terribly I'll after eating here. The first time was several years ago... Thought it was a fluke. But yesterday, we decided to give the place a second chance.... Huge mistake. My fiancee doesn't have Celiac's, like me. But honestly, I don't believe gluten exposure was the issue... I think the food was improperly handled/bad both times. It's like we got food poisoning. I strongly advise not eating here.
