Poseidon Restaurant on the Beach

During vacation, stopped in for a drink at the bar here, had fabulous wine and a shrimp cocktail which was very good. The menu is marked, and even bartenders were very knowledgeable. The view is amazing, worth the stop!

They have ceviche that states gluten free but they were not aware that the chips fried in the same oil as the French fries , makes this dish NOT gluten free. Make sure you state what you need to be sure.

Great ocean front GF dining experience. The menu is clearly marked and the staff is knowledgeable about the ingredients and GF options. I had a salad and the grilled seafood combo dinner and all the food was excellent. I definitely recommend to those with celiac....And the view is amazing.

This restaurant doesn't have a dedicated GF menu, but there are options.

This is your typical seafood by the sea restaurant. The view is stunning! We had dinner at sunset, and it was quite idyllic.

Parking in the neighborhood was crowded, as was the valet lot. We were told the wait would be quite long, but luckily a table in the bar opened up when we arrived, so we didn't have to wait.

The service was not great, and this restaurant would have gotten three stars if not for the salmon. I split a Caesar salad with my sister, and it was only okay. But the salmon and garlic mashed potatoes rocked my world. It came with a berry sauce that was so good, I wanted to lick the plate!

The restaurant is a little over-priced, but you're paying for the view. As with any seafood by the sea restaurant-- get the seafood!

The food, service and ambiance were great, buy they DO NOT have a gluten free menu. But the server knew what GF was and helped me choose a safe item.
