Review of Posh Pop Bakeshop

Incredible selection for celiacs and non celiacs. It truly is the gluten free bakery my partner and I have been admiring on social media the last three years! We were finally able to visit mid September and we were blown away. They have a fresh baked area where items baked fresh throughout the day is displayed. We were able to get a fresh batch of salted pretzels that were still warm. There are two refrigerators filled with several bars and cheesecakes, and many of the incredible desserts we saw on Instagram. They also had around 7 or 8 other cake flavors to choose from as well. What we got: two vegan apple pies, fresh salted pretzel (and two more to go), cinnamon bun (buy more than 1, thank us later!), pumpkin bundt cake, s’mores cookies, pecan bar, banana pudding cheesecake, pistachio cheesecake bar, s’mores brownie, red velvet cake, funfetti cake, ube cake, and mini doughnuts! All were incredible but my partner loved the ube cake and my favorite were the cinnamon bun and salted pretzel. The young gentleman who helped us was very kind and patient and very helpful. We can not wait to return again during the holidays.
