On m’a dit que les frites sont préparées dan une friteuse à part. Je n’ai demandé aucun ajout. Poutine classique honorable service attentionné.

The manager says that if you go at the opening on Monday and Friday (at 11am or 12), these are the days the fryers are getting clean with new oil, so you can get a nice poutine with no cross contamination! Enjoy!!

I couldn’t eat here; the fryer is shared with gluten-containing foods such as mozzarella sticks, so their fries and poutine are NOT GLUTEN FREE and are NOT CELIAC SAFE.
This is not the first time that I have, when traveling, gone out of my way to visit a restaurant because people on this app said that it was gluten free and they didn’t get sick… only to be told that everything the restaurant serves is cross contaminated… and then to realize that the people who said they didn’t get sick also don’t have celiac disease. I went out of my way for nothing several times in Montréal, and have also wasted time and gotten frustrated in other cities, because non-celiacs leave these misleading reviews.
People who don’t get sick from cross contamination and who avoid gluten by preference or because of mild nonceliac gluten intolerance should try harder to respect the fact that this app is primarily useful for people with celiac disease. We depend on it to find food that is safe for us. If you don’t get sick from cross contamination, then it’s not really helpful that you write that you didn’t get sick. The questions about safety and getting sick are there so people with celiac disease can share information with others with the same disease.

Bonne Poutine, 3 sortes de sauces sans gluten.Essayé les frites écrasées
Yes
Waitress was knowledgeable and assured me the fries and poutine were gluten-free. This was my first poutine experience and although I'm glad I tried it, poutine is just not my thing. I would have preferred a big plate of fries with no gravy.

What a treat! It’s not every day that a celiac can have Poutine AND a gluten free beer!

Server was well-informed about celiac and said that there is no dedicated fryer, and therefore not gluten-free and celiac-safe.

Very tasty and filling meal. The server was quite helpful with pointing out which add in’s I could not have. I did a build your own poutine. Each seat at the table had a pencil with an order slip that had all the options on it. The basic gravy is GF and DF and then I added vegan cheese shaved steak mushrooms and roasted red peppers😋 I wrote a note next to my name reminding them I needed GF&DF. It was a good experience and I felt fine after. I would go again.
