Staff was knowledgeable, food was delicious and not too badly overpriced- especially considering the location. Dedicated fryer.

Place was filthy. Their 1 single ketchup dispenser was broken. Fries came out burnt.

Didn’t get sick. So it’s celiac friendly. But I won’t be back. Wasn’t impressed.

Gluten free (celiac) review

Decent fries, bratwurst. Pretty expensive for what you get. Main reason for rating is extremely poor experience with service. 1-order missed fries, and when wife mentioned this to them the response was pretty uncaring, and didn't demonstrate any excellence in service by trying resolve quickly. 2- biggest issue was gluten free service. They said everything but brochen was gluten free. When I asked to make sure gloves got changed and basic precautions taken to avoid cross contamination they complied but didn't seem to understand the importance. 3-began eating and decided the black forest sauce would be good to double check and they came back indicating 'probably' had gluten. This contradicted their earlier statements. 4- I mentioned that quite a few places now get a lot of gluten free business, and that it would be favorable for them and possibly being more business if they could have a gluten free menu with the list of safe options. I said that the sauce would have made me sick and was directly contradictory to previous statements about everything being GF. The manager handled this poorly to my astonishment, saying would keep it on mind in a very unreceptive and dismissive way. I had been completely polite and had mentioned this as a possible improvement to consider to bring more celiac business.

This rates as one of the worst experiences in TN due primarily to the poor communication and handling of the customer interaction.

For celiacs: OK food, but high risk. Not recommended due to lack of due diligence, education on gluten free, unresponsive service, and likely cross contamination risk

All food except rolls and meatballs are gluten free. We had loaded cheese fries (cheese sauce, bacon and jalapeños) and they were amazing! It was fun to try different sauces with our sausages (spicy pineapple is a favorite). Great safe place to eat!
