Staff was knowledgeable, lots of sauce choices, really good.

BBQ. Potatoes, coleslaw, and beans. Staff will identify which menu items are prepared without gluten. Most are, all meat, except Brunswick stew. Plates are usually served with thick Texas toast that is not GF. So I remind them to leave off or bring separate so another family member can have it.
