Almost all of the menu can be made gluten free. They mark your order as gluten allergy or celiac and take great care to make the food safe. Always a go-to for me.

The ingredients tell you it's clearly not a traditional Reuben but, oh my gosh! If you're a fan of corned beef, give the Carolina Reuben Sandwich a try. Be sure to let them know you need it made on their gluten-free bread. Delicious! I've eaten at both locations and find them very accommodating to our community! As to my safety rating, I’d encourage all that are contemplating a visit to consider that while this establishment will do their best to take necessary precautions (cleaning saw, changing gloves, etc.), to my knowledge it does NOT have a dedicated workspace for preparation of gluten-free menu items.

I called to inquire about their procedures for preparing gluten free, while they do clean the equipment they said they do not recommend eating here if you are a sensitive celiac. I appreciated the honesty and unfortunately we won’t be able to eat here. Just wanted to share this with others who have to avoid cross contamination.

Great little hip place. Hash browns waffles are gf and huge! Delicious Gf crepes as well. Also lots of vegan items and lattes with oat milk. Will be going back!

Great staff. Popular place. Great food. Delicious! Everything can be made gluten free. They make the gf crepes on a dedicated space. We loved it!

Had an amazing cup of coffee that tasted like toasted marshmallows alongside a beautiful GF crepe. The place is pretty, the food is good and I felt no sign of illness afterward.

I have eaten here 5+ times and have never gotten sick! They are great about cleaning the surface before doing the gluten free shell. Highly recommend! Just let them know you have an allergy and are sensitive to cross contamination

They have gf crepe shells and 2 other gf menu items, but the staff member I ordered from did not understand about cross contamination. I did order the scrambled eggs, meat on hash brown waffle based on others' reviews. I had no reaction.

Wonderful friendly staff! Arrived in NC at 5:30am, searches the app and this place popped up. Delicious! Great GF crepe options. Coffee choices are amazing. Definitely a must!

Had the hash brown waffle with bacon and scrambled eggs. Huge serving, enough for two. Coffee is tasty. Didn’t have any issues. I’ll be back!
