Allergens (including gluten) are clearly marked on all products. A good option for fresh healthy food if you’re trapped in St Pancras station, and it’s packaged up so it’s a good option to take with on the train. My usual stop when I’m transiting through St Pancras or King’s X.

Quick grab for gluten free food. The manager said all gluten free items are celiac friendly. They have a file where they keep all the information of the gluten free items. When asked if they have gluten free items the manager was very helpful. Looking at the file she pointed out to all the gf items in the store. Fresh bread and delicious dessert. Very reasonable prices. Saved the day for me many times on my trip to London.
