Prime Barbecue

All of their meat is gluten free except the whole chicken on Thursdays. I was able to email the manager ahead of time to confirm. All of their sides are also gluten free except the Mac and cheese. Delicious BBQ but time is right…the line can get very long. You can order ahead of time online as well

Not safe, watched several times as they handled bread and did not change their gloves. When brought up all they did was shrug. Won’t ever be back, didn’t eat

Got the meat plate with brisket, baked beans and bbq rice! Great food! Good portions. They have a list allergy list with what is free of gluten, what contains, and what can be modified (sandwich without a bun). Very friendly staff!
