Cross contamination is inevitable at this cook-your-own-steak house. For $24, you can choose any cut of steak you like and cook it on one of two huge grills in the center of the restaurant. Everyone cooks their texas toast on that same grill. If you pay extra to have your steak grilled, they slather it in soy-based oil. The meal includes access to a very low-quality salad bar and baked potatoes. I would never go back.
