Prime Sandwich

A friend brought us take-out from here without asking for input, and we survived with no signs of glutening. We had the meat insides of the baby chicken and schwarma sandwiches (they gave them in separate takeout containers), and the tahini, chimchuri, and chili sauces. I didn't trust the looks of the grilled chicken, although they said it was gluten-free, and perhaps it was. The food was tasty, but I'm not sure if I would go back, given that they have no special attention to gluten issues, but it's the same level of risk I would take a decade ago before gluten-free became well-known; usually things worked out okay, but not always.
