Review of Project Pie

Was told they use the same oven for all the pizzas when I said gluten free. I said "I can't have it then. Nevermind." Then they offered to clean the oven so I stuck around. Worker didn't change her gloves. I told her she had to change them to not contaminate my pizza. So she changed them and then she smothered the gluten free crust in oil and sauce with the same brushes that were used on the other pizzas. I shook my head and said "that's going to make me incredibly sick. I can't eat that." They all were confused and seemed mad that they wasted a crust. Huge waste of time and a huge disappointment. Shouldn't even bother offering gluten free if a celiac can't have it. It's PIZZA for crying out loud. Pizza is never healthy, gluten crust or gluten free crust. But don't even bother offering gluten free if you're going to kill any celiacs going there. Thanks for nothing. My friends didn't even like their regular pizzas.
