Review of Project Pie

They have gluten free crust and cook the pizza on its own tray. The negative reviews are just too funny...they flat out told us that there is always a possibility for cross contamination since it's an open stove and toppings are right in the open. The pizzas were delicious and the crust spot on. No celiac disease, but high gluten intolerance.
