Review of Project Pie

Pieology in MGM Grand underground. I thought they were careful as they said they scrub the oven before putting my pizza in it. The first pizza person did well. The second not so much. I believe they have flour they use for the regular pizza. totally freaked out, still ate my pizza. I saw they uses the same pizza cutter and paddle.I asked the manager but he didn't seem to care and fell back on we never claimed on being a gluten free facility. I didn't research very well and now am sick. I would not eat here if you have celiac. Make sure to pack a protein bar.
