Review of Proof Artisanal Pizza & Pasta

Okay I have to change my review because i tried Proof again and the crust was AMAZING. Probably the best in Tucson. Still not thrilled about the $6 up charge for GF crust but honestly, the crust is thick and delicious and looks so similar to the regular crust so it’s worth it. There are lots of other gluten free options on the menu too which is great to see. I will definitely be coming back.

OLD REVIEW:

Not super safe for Celiac and the cauliflower crust was soggy and my pizza was unfortunately bland (margarita pizza). Definitely not worth the extra $4 for crust, in my opinion. It seems like the non gf pizzas are really good, though and the staff is friendly.
