This restaurant makes very good quality gluten free bases, most of the pizzas on the menu can be made gluten free with only a few exceptions. But they don’t use a tray or anything to separate in the oven so they’re not safe for coeliacs… They also have some sides and desserts which are gluten free too.

They did have the option for a bake at home pizza which may be safer as not cooked onsite but without checking if they still do it, or how it’s made, it’s hard to tell.

Good tomato sauce and mozzarella (I’m Italian I would say they were good quality!) but the dough was horrible. Tasted like plastic. Never more!

I’m intolerant not celiac so can’t say exactly about the contamination. I think they say in they’re website that it’s not made in a different oven so ok only for intolerant

My sister is coeliac and ate here, became sick immediately after. They don't take into account cross contamination.

NOT safe for coeliacs - very tasty gf pizza but as I sadly found out afterwards, they don’t cook it on a separate tray so it is very contaminated :(
