Very friendly and offered to substitute the bread for gluten free bread thereby giving a wide range of breakfast options. Also very impressed that they offered to prepare breakfast in a way to avoid cross contamination.

I had an omelette with gluten free bread that was toasted in a fresh pan rather than in a contaminated toaster. The waiter spoke English and was very friendly and helpful.
