Menu boasted "anything can be made GF". Waiter also said the same thing. So I ordered a panini but asked that they clean the grill before preparing my sandwich. I explained that if there is any non GF bread on the grill and it gets on mine I will be sick. I told the waiter if they cannot or will not clean the grill then let me know and I will choose something else. The bwaiter came back and said they couldn't guarantee it ( which told me they didn't want to clean the grill) so I chose a salad. The salad was good but gosh I eat a lot of salads and this place marketed themselves as a GF place and that is the sole reason we went there. On the up side the chocolate GF cake was good. We were visiting the area but I would not go back if we visit the area again.
