I lift weights and workout heavily. I mainly go for the bowls, some of which offer over 70g of protein. I travel a lot and visit downtown KC regularly. This is one of my favorite spots to go for lunch. Lots of gluten free options, plus the ability to customize almost everything. I have gluten allergies, and my son is Celiac. I go often, and he has been several times. Neither of us has ever had an issue.

I was able to get my meat unseasoned upon request to accommodate my other allergies. Got the LR wrap on a GF wrap and it was delicious! Had to compare my wrap to my friend’s to make sure it was actually gluten free.

So good and so healthy! This is one of the very few places that I can safely eat at. As someone with many, many food intolerances due to an autoimmune disease; I basically cannot eat out anywhere. But Protein House takes allergies and intolerances very seriously. I messaged the company directly to ask extensive questions about what I can safely eat. Their response was prompt and very detailed. The proteins are the only thing cooked on the grills and veggies are cooked individually in clean pans with clean utensils. They have many gluten free options. They also offer gluten free buns! I personally get build your own bowl with grilled chicken, sweet potato, carrots and zucchini. I am very grateful for a safe place to eat in KC.

Lots of gluten free options, the pressed juices were not labeled GF but I asked many questions about how they are prepared to make sure I felt comfortable that there would be no cross contamination, I did have one with my meal and it was great!

Only a few GF labeled options on the menu. The shakes and juices weren’t labeled but I also didn’t ask if they were GF or not. Food was very good and healthy. No issues

Clearly labeled gluten-free options, a knowledgeable staff, and healthy, wholesome, delicious food. I had the Cajun barbecue bowl with white rice-and it was amazing!

Trying this restaurant for the first time today - it wasn't listed in the app so I am writing this review only so others can find the restaurant later. The gluten free menu is extensive and nearly everything here is healthy.

Great menu and variety. Staff and owner knowledgeable and properly concerned with safety. Legally very careful to say gluten friendly, but striving to make sure gluten free. I had the burger on a gf bun.

This is a nice place to go if you want just a clean and filling meal. A lot of the menu is available gluten free, and I loved the peanut butter cookies they had.

Protein House has been my go-to for breakfast, lunch, dinner and to go cookies and smoothies for years. Lots of delicious options with no gluten and the owners of the restaurant are just the coolest ppl. Love it
