Not sure I got the meal I ordered but it was fine and no issues celiac wise. Make sure the waiter understands about GF.

Lots of gluten free dishes available. Grills only used for meat/fish so no gluten. None of the restaurants have allergens on menu. Waiter confirmed with chef before taking order. I had a traditional Krast plate of local foods to start followed by monkfish.

Don’t be put off by the initial approach of the wait staff - a little gruff - they are very knowledgeable about their menu and wines. I ordered tuna and polenta, after having the waiter suggest safe GF options. It was filling and delicious.
