Review of P.S. & Co.

I ate here once, really enjoyed it, but was sick afterwards. When I called the person to ask about the food, she said she did not know if their flours are certified gluten-free. She seemed to have other things on her mind, "we have lots of people here with 'celiac's' and they never have a problem." So, I'm taking this to be another restaurant that advertises GF in order to get the crowd in.
