Yummy food. Have eaten here several times and never had a reaction. GF options are not marked so talk to your server. Fries are in a shared fryer but they will offer you greens as an alternative. We had the steak. Delicious! They have GF buns for the yummy burgers. One time they had flourless chocolate cake but the menu changes.

Our server and host were very knowledgeable. No concerns about cross contamination and plenty of options. I enjoyed their duck entree with sub sautéed kale instead of farro. Their drink menu was delightful too!

The Public tempura chicken tender were pretty good. The ham panini was nice except the ham was kind of dry. The gluten free hamburgers were fantastical. The truffle fries were rich and the pizza was good except it was small. The falafel was scrumptious. It was nice how they could accommodate a big party in such short notice. The place isn't totally gluten free but it is workable for cilacs. If you aren't a cilac there are many great things like the chicken tenders, paninis, fries, pizza and falafels

Public has really great food but not so much for the gf world. They have gf buns and staff seemed knowledgeable about what you can and can't have. Told me fries were safe. After eating there got really sick. A friend told me that the fries there are not safe!
