My celiac daughter loves their GF pizza. There are not a ton of other choices but I don’t think she would Want anything else anyway!
We eat here all the time with no issues and have for years. Everyone has always been very aware of GF needs and the food is consistently great.
Several gluten free options including salad, pasta and pizza. When I asked about GF and cc, the server was knowledgeable about celiac and said tr he kitchen staff is very careful.
After reading their review at the link below, I decided to give them a try after being newly diagnosed with Celiac. Impressed! We eat there weekly now.
The best gluten free crust I've found along with reasonable prices!
We were very happy with the service and our meals! We were here at 5:00
great gf menu, comparable to regular menu. great pizza and appetizers. The wait staff wasn't as impressive.
Great find. really good food, great service, and smart staff. The non-gluten eaters in our group loved the regular pizza too. We will be coming back next year when we are back in town!
Our waitress was very informative and friendly. She made us feel very comfortable with her assurance that every precaution was taken. The gf pizza was better than expected and the salad was good. We will go back for sure.
Really good pizza, but my favorites were the appetizers. They're not on the regular menu, but you can see what's available when you come in on the left wall.
Love it!!! Gf Pizza is delish!!! Gf beer too!
They offer both a gluten free pizza crust and gluten free spaghetti noodles that can be substituted in their dishes. I had a good experience.
— Not at all
Not celiac friendly. From the website: "All ingredients and recipes on our gluten-free menu are gluten-free. We use every effort to avoid cross-contamination. However, wheat flour is used in the kitchen, and there is a possibility of cross contact. We do not recommend these options to severely gluten-sensitive individuals."
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
The restaurant says on their own website that they are not suitable for people with celiac so I did not eat there. I do not know why so many people claim this restaurant is celiac-friendly when even the restaurant itself does not make this claim.
Been here multiple times and have tried almost all their gluten free options. I usually get a pizza but will have a meatball sandwich (yes! They’re meatballs don’t have bread crumbs) every now and then. Love their spinach dip and that they have gluten free bread
The staff knows all about what can and can not be gluten free. The pizza was excellent and made on a small tin pan. When I ordered a gf pasta, a dinner salad comes with which is gf, but garlic bread comes with it too and they said they could do it gf, however the garlic bread on the menu is not gf. Would not get it. But otherwise a great pizza and pasta place!
Celiac Daughter: Amazing GF menu, so many GF options! They have their GF menu on the regular menu. Many of their meals, including pasta could be changed to GF. They were great about making no cross contact.
While they have a lot on their menu that is "gluten free" I do not recommend if you have an allergy to gluten. I had their gluten free pasta and it must have been contaminated because I got very sick. I have not had their pizza so I cannot speak for that but I will not be having their pasta ever again.
Went there for the first time yesterday and omg so good!! Best GF pizza I've had .. Got the sweet Lil razorback .. Has pepperonis smoked sausage bacon garlic and basil wow it was so good. And they are very knowledgeable .. And I didn't get sick! My non GF boyfriend said his regular pizza was better than pizza king .. WOW lol we will def be back!
Excellent pizza! Sauce was DELICIOUS! Pizza is cooked in a metal pan to avoid contamination. Waitress was very helpful explaining GF options and procedures. Will try pasta next time since cooked in a separate pot.
I had their gluten free pizza, and it was wonderful! I'm not generally into thin crusts, which has been a big adjustment going gluten free, but I enjoyed Puccini's! I'm looking forward to trying out their pasta soon.
My husband is super sensitive to cross contamination and he's never been sick from this pizza. They know what they're doing and they already have a GF menu that is EXTENSIVE and that they can stand behind. The pizza is truly delicious and it's easy to confidently share a meal here knowing that the GF person doesn't have to compromise taste!
My server has celiac also. She was very helpful. She told me how the food is prepared and the precautions they take for someone with celic. The GF menu is very extensive. The first time I had a delicious GF pizza. The second time I had Scamorza for an appetizer and a ham and cheese sandwich made on Udi's toasted bread with chips and hot peppers. It was all delicious and I was very satisfied with my experience.
The chicken Torino was awesome and Gf. Had a really good pizza with lots of good fresh ingredients and a crispy crust . Son is very sensitive to cc and we have never had a problem here.
Very good GF menu, instead of just a paper with listed items. Very large portions that served as two meals. Entrée was delicious, cooked well, with GF bread served in separate basket. Server and manager were both very knowledgeable and helpful.
Not the BEST gf pizza I've had but plenty of topping choices. Served/cooked on the aluminum tray for safety and avoid cross contamination. The sauce was a little sweet and toppings a little overpriced but all in all a decent and SAFE choice.
Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and ricotta cheese. Would have liked to get more toppings, but it's a little expensive. The crust was pretty okay, and the sauce was quite good. Over all it was a really darn good pizza.
Have enjoyed both GF pasta dishes and GF pizza with the family. We are gluten sensitive not diagnosed with celiac - but we can safely eat there. Love the new GF menu -makes it so much easier. Wait staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
Found a rogue semolina angel hair noodle in my GF spaghetti, as I was eating the last few bites. Bummer because this was a good option for my husband and I. I wish they'd take better care to avoid cross contamination, otherwise the GF menu seems like a waste.
