A lot of negative reviews here so be sure to judge your own comfort level. But my server was knowledgeable and pointed out GF options and subbed things that weren’t. Food was decent and there was a live band.

Okay precautions but honestly the food was trash. Ribs were dry, waitress wasn’t knowledgeable, and my wife (not celiac) was served legit Kraft Mac and cheese (not the home made white cheddar advertised). Didn’t even finish the meal and wouldn’t come back.

Have no clue why this came up as gluten free. There are barely any options and server treated me like a joke. Told me I could have the mac n chz without the bread crumbs LOL. Don't go here.

We are here twice during our stay. Food was delicious! Staff was knowledgeable. I had the shrimp and grits and the ribs with potato salad and collards. The sweet/spicy bbq sauce on the table was so yummy! Highly recommend!

Had breakfast here an expected to not eat anything. I got a brisket skillet and it was good! The menu says both sauces are GF, but the waitress said they were told only the spicy was. I did not add sauce because I was not comfortable. Food was good and service good. Would go back!

The shrimp and grits dish was made gluten free for me. Can confirm it was celiac friendly - no issues.

Breakfast was yummy, I got the cowboy omelet but with grits instead of the biscuit NOTE - the gf menu has biscuits on it and they are Not gf. Also, the breakfast potatoes are not fried in a dedicated frier. They do change out the oil every day and sometimes multiple times a day for those that are not that sensitive. I did not risk it since I am.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable about the menu. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is their Gluten Sensitive menu does have biscuits listed but they are not GF. My server brought it to the manager's attention and they were very appreciative.

Gf menu excellent food had breakfast here knowledgeable staff.

The server seemed very knowledgeable. I had the whiskey grilled chicken, but with a different glaze (the one it comes with has roux in it), The server said they used a whiskey sauce that had been reduced and no roux was added. I also had grilled broccoli and mashed sweet potatoes. Overall, it was a good meal!

They have a gluten free menu although they put fries on it and they aren’t prepared in a designated fryer. I made the mistake of caving for my daughter and letting her get them. Not smart. Other than the fryer, she did enjoy her meal and we felt safe. It was our fault we didn’t avoid the fries

Ate at location in Franklin. Server was very knowledgeable and double checked with kitchen. We ordered wings for the table, but I knew I couldn't have them because of the shared fryer. He went to the kitchen and asked if they could bake half of the order instead of frying. The wings are smoked and then warmed in fryer. Over crisped them up nicely. Had shrimp and grits. Spicy, but delicious.

I did not have a good experience at Puckett’s. The waitress did not know what celiac was. They have a “gluten free menu” but almost everything is deep fried in the same fryer as everything gluten containing items. Would not recommend.

This place was amazing! the do have a separate list thst had all allergens, however, they do not have a separate fryalator. the smoked grits were truly great. good live music, too.

very clear allergen guide. There were a lot of meat and sides options available. Food was amazing and the wait staff was very accommodating.

they have a book that list all different allergies.; gluten, dairy, soy, etc. I ordered something to go and the girl that took my order said she will add, GF to my order. she was unsure if the BBQ sauce was GF. She asked the manager and went back and talked to someone in the kitchen. She understood how important it was to get it right. I will go back for sure.

Staff knowledgeable and we love the fries/BBQ. No reaction the handful of times we’ve eaten there!

I ate the pork, beans and slaw and it was good, but not fantastic. There were several options and our server seemed to understand celiac and cross contamination.

Food was just alright, I ordered the ribs with Cole slaw and a baked potato. The ribs were overcooked and kinda dry. I didn't have any issues with cross contamination which was great. The kitchen doesn't have a dedicated fryer for fries, the manager said everything is fried together in the same fryer.
