I emailed ahead of time and when I arrived the manager himself walked me through all of the options extremely thoroughly. The frier isn’t dedicated but there are still TONS of options and they were really knowledgeable and kind. And the food was all great!!

Our server was very helpful and marked off all of the dishes on the menu that had gluten, as well as the items that can be removed to make the dish gluten free. They don’t have a dedicated fryer, so be aware of that if you’re a celiac.
