Sorry to say sad ro report they ate now closed. I will miss them so much. Never got sick, so aware of food allergies. Loved their Phoenix Shrimp.
called and asked If pad thai had soy Sauce. They said yes. asked If They could make it without . They said no, then it would not be pad thai. didnt order.
Food was average. I say 'was' because I will never eat there again. One particular time I was trying to place a phone order for takeout, the person who answered the phone wasn't understanding my request so they gave me to a manager. The manager seemed surprised that I was requesting gluten-free stuff because she told me that there was no way they could guarantee their food was gluten-free. She went so far as to say that she thought it was likely that everything in the kitchen would get contaminated with gluten. She apologized I had been led to believe their food was gluten-free. As I said, I will never go there again.

Almost everything can be gluten free. I'm not sure how they still bread things, but it's pretty awesome.
