Nice to have a dedicated gluten free bakery but that’s all I can say positively. The cookies were terrible - not sweet, severely lacking in flavor and made with vegan “butter”. You could clearly taste the gf flour - pls use some serious amount of vanilla to give it some positive flavor! I appreciate having a GF bakery but would never go there again bc the treats we basically a lump of flavorless GF flour.
